1、 Upper and lower support plates (upper seat plate, lower seat plate, guide baffle)
Standard Material
Mainstream: Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel; Q235B carbon steel can be used for small tonnage
Material Properties
1. Load bearing performance
The yield strength of Q355 is ≥ 355MPa, much higher than that of ordinary Q235, with strong vertical compression, horizontal shear resistance, and seismic resistance; JQZ is classified as seismic grade I/II/III, capable of withstanding vertical bearing capacity of 10%/15%/22.5% horizontal force respectively, relying on high-strength steel plates to resist earthquake and braking force impacts.
2. Processing and rigidity
Excellent welding performance, integral casting and forging/thick plate machining forming, high precision of spherical and guide groove dimensions; High rigidity, not easily deformed under heavy loads, and the support transmits force evenly without stress concentration.
3. Anti corrosion protection
Whole sandblasting rust removal, external spraying of epoxy zinc rich primer+intermediate paint+polyurethane topcoat; Coastal salt spray and acid rain environments can be enhanced with thermal spray zinc/Dacromet composite anti-corrosion, with an outdoor service life of ≥ 30 years.
4. Shortcomings
Steel has a low temperature brittleness lower limit (stable at -40 ℃), but it does not have self-lubricating properties and must be paired with stainless steel and modified PTFE sliding plates for sliding.
2、 Crown lining plate (middle spherical rotating plate, core rotating component)
Material: 45 # high-quality carbon structural steel (GB/T 699), with hard chrome plating on the working surface

1. Matrix mechanics
After quenching and tempering, the strength and toughness of 45 # are balanced. The spherical surface can withstand omnidirectional angular loads, resist compression and impact, and there will be no aging or softening problems of rubber bearings. The performance remains unchanged in extremely cold areas at -40 ℃.
2. Key characteristics of hard chrome plated surface layer
Surface hardness HV ≥ 800, wear-resistant, scratch resistant, and rust resistant;
The surface is smooth with a mirror finish, and the friction coefficient is low. When combined with a spherical modified PTFE skateboard, the rotational torque is extremely small;
Corrosion resistant, the spherical surface is not easily corroded by rainwater, snowmelt salts, and industrial dust.
3. Rotation advantage
Spherical omnidirectional rotation, with a rotation angle of up to 0.05 rad, and the rotational torque is not affected by the size of the rotation angle, suitable for large deformation conditions of curved bridges, slope bridges, and inclined bridges.
3、 Sliding wear-resistant plate (flat+spherical wear-resistant plate, JQZ core improved material)
Material: Modified high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (modified PTFE/UHMWPE composite PTFE board), different from ordinary pure PTFE board
Core material characteristics
1. Low friction self-lubricating
Dry friction coefficient ≤ 0.08, friction coefficient<0.03 after filling with silicone grease lubrication; Long term reciprocating sliding without jamming, temperature difference expansion and contraction, and minimal resistance to beam rotation.
2. High wear resistance and long service life
By adding carbon fiber and molybdenum disulfide modification, the wear resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary pure PTFE board; Under high surface pressure, it is not easy to creep or cold flow, and the design life of the support can reach 50 years with minimal maintenance.
3. Strong adaptability to pressure
Allowing for higher design surface pressure, smaller bearing sizes and lighter self weight under the same bearing capacity, reducing the overall cost of the bridge.
4. Temperature range and chemical stability
Applicable temperature -40 ℃~+60 ℃; Acid and alkali resistant, snow melting agent, oil corrosion, non absorbent, non expanding; No rubber aging or cracking defects.

Cannot slide alone with bare steel, must be paired with stainless steel mirror plate for use.
4、 Stainless steel sliding panel (flat sliding layer at the bottom of the upper seat plate)
Material: 06Cr19Ni10 (304 austenitic stainless steel sheet, thickness ≥ 2mm)

1. Cold rolled mirror polishing with low surface roughness, forming a friction pair with modified PTFE;
2. Rust proof, salt spray resistant, long-term outdoor use without rust spots, to avoid rust debris abrasion of the skateboard;
3. Good plasticity, conforms to the steel plate base surface, and is not prone to warping or bulging.
5、 Sealing rubber ring/dust-proof retaining ring
Material: Weather resistant EPDM rubber

1. Resistant to high and low temperatures, ozone aging, UV rays, and does not crack or harden outdoors;
2. Elastic seal, blocking sediment, rainwater, and molten salt from entering the sliding friction pair, protecting the wear-resistant plate and spherical surface;
3. Resistant to acid and alkali, industrial wastewater corrosion, suitable for bridges along urban and chemical routes.
6、 Anchor bolts, sleeves, and limit rail accessories
Material and surface treatment
1. Anchor bolt: 40Cr quenched and tempered high-strength bolt with Dacromet coating on the surface;
2. Sleeve and limit block: Q235/Q355 steel, hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection.

The salt spray resistance of Dacromet coating far exceeds that of ordinary galvanizing, making it less prone to rusting and biting on coastal and highly corrosive roads; High strength bolts are resistant to tension and shear, ensuring reliable anchoring between supports, beams, and piers, and preventing loosening during earthquake conditions.
